My name is Evelin Diaz, I am 26 years old. I am a service advisor at Onyx automotive Jaguar Land Rover of omaha. I have been in the automotive industry for 8 years since I was 18. I have grown through this industry and have had some of my bigger lifetime events while in the service industry. At 18 I had my first child as I was navigating being a single mom for the first few years. The automotive industry gave me the chance to build a career and grow. I worked though multiple roles and still am hoping to continue my growth. It has brought challenges along the way but it has also brought me many opportunities. My Service manager at the time Kyle Newsom pushed and supported me through those challenges, not only in the workplace but outside of them. I have met my husband through the automotive industry as well as my biggest mentor Kyle. There is so much that can be built and the character development that can happen in one place.
